Due to the custom and event-specific nature of our merchandise, all personalized, custom, and pre-order items are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or order error.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. Approved returns or exchanges must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Rally Reminders once the item has been reviewed and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
